  • Melisa A. French, Director of Leasing

    Melisa is the Director of Leasing for CDE Development Group. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in Retail leasing on the Florida West Coast. She has over sixteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to include leasing, management, and development of retail, office and industrial space in the Tampa Bay and Jacksonville area. Additionally, Melisa works independently representing private clients as well as providing tenant representation to select retailers.

  • W. Kent Litton, Leasing Agent

    Kent started his sales and marketing career over fifteen years ago as an outside sales agent for GTE Mobilnet. Kent’s experience with GTE Mobinet culminated with his ownership of several retail store locations. As a former retail store owner, Kent understands the retail leasing industry from a tenant’s point of view. Kent also brings a keen perspective of national corporate accounts having worked with such clients as AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon. Prior to joining CDE, Kent worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Kent graduated with an Associates of Science Degree and an Associates of Arts Degree from Saint Petersburg College in Saint Petersburg, Florida as well as attending the University of South Florida.

  • H. William “Bill” Pate

    Bill joined CDE in 2006 as a Leasing Agent. Bill’s background includes extensive experience in corporate real estate as well as retail, restaurant and hospitality brokerage. Bill has worked with such clients as Marriott, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, Flemings’ and Roy’s. Bill has been a Tampa resident since 1985 and is a member of the National, State and Florida Gulf Cost Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Bill is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  • Jason A. East, Leasing Agent

    Jason joined CDE in 2008 as a Leasing Agent. Prior to joining CDE, Jason worked with Landcore Commerical Real Estate with a primary focus in leasing, land sales, tenant consultations, build to suit development and project entitlement. Prior to Landcore, Jason developed and operated two independent businesses. Jason studied business administration at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, North Carolina.
